John S Fujii, Founder, Chairman and President/CEO
John is currently directing capital-raise, organizational development, and the continued IP development of the Company. He is a successful businessman and entrepreneur, retiring after 28 years of service with Crown Zellerbach and James River Corporation Communication Papers Division, most recently as Director of Manufacturing Technology.
Gordon Yutzy, Director
Gordon currently is President of Evergreen Engineering Inc. of Eugene, OR, a leading multi-disciplinary firm of 55 employees serving the wood products and alternate energy generation industries, taking products from concept to production. Gordon has 27 years of experience in various operating, maintenance and engineering management positions in leading wood products companies. Evergreen Engineering serves as the Company’s primary engineering consultant.
William E. Powell, Senior Marketing Consultant.
Bill has served as Senior Marketing Executive of States Industries LLC, of Eugene, OR for thirty years, retiring in 2012. He contributed substantially to States’ position as acknowledged Innovator in the hardwood plywood industry through launching of new products and application of advanced marketing principles in a tradition-bound commodity market. Bill has been a consultant and supporter of the company over the past decade of development.

Ed is responsible for the operation and general management of the Company's White Swan manufacturing. Ed is also responsible for environmental compliance, product development, and continuous improvement of quality and operational functions. With 38 years experience in the wood products industry with Willamette Industries, Sierra Pine Company, and Surdyk Consulting Services, Ed’s key strengths include: continuous improvement of product quality, environmental compliance, and evolutionary optimization of grades and process operations.

Janice interfaces with Manufacturing and Sales to maximize company growth and profits. She manages the development, marketing, and sale of a product or set of products throughout the product's life cycle. Janice also directs all Administrative functions. Janice has 20+ years of management & multi-store management experience in the technology and furniture market sectors.
