Neucor Inc. is a Vancouver, WA based company that manufactures patented engineered eco-friendly wood-composite products that can be adapted to wide variety of furniture and architectural interior uses and applications. Neucor’s primary manufacturing site is located in White Swan, Yakima County.
PRODUCTS IN DEVELOPMENT
Neucor is currently working on fire-resistive (FR) rated products, and has begun developing relationships with other entities which will be synergistic in our development of structural rated neucor™. In addition, plans call for the creation of a line of value-added composite wood products, leveraged off our patented lightweight engineered wood technology. The Company is committed to employing environmentally friendly, sustainably sourced processes and continuous improvements in our manufacturing technology. Neucor believes our products will compete very favorably on the basis of both price and performance to current market solutions.
ABOUT neucor™ MATERIAL
Neucor’s innovative lightweight product is the result of ongoing technology development since 1998, supported in part with a USDA-SBIR grant. The inventive aspects of this development have resulted in four U.S. issued patents and patents issued in ten other countries. Recent technology improvements have significantly improved the utility and value proposition of the product – resulting in product thicknesses of 2” and greater. Continuous improvement of our core technology has allowed the Company to reach a lower price point than conventional solid panels of comparable thicknesses >0.875”. Manufacturing technology and a culture of continuous improvement is in the DNA of Neucor - beginning with its founders and continuing through our managers and workforce.
