About Neucor Material

This innovative lightweight product is the result of technology development under development since 1998, supported in part with a USDA-SBIR grant.  The inventive aspects of this development have resulted in four U.S. issued patents and patents issued in ten other countries (see Attachment A).  Recent technology improvements have significantly improved the utility and value proposition of the product model in thickness depths of 2” and greater.  Continuous improvement of our core technology has allowed the Company to reach a lower price point than conventional solid panels of comparable thickness for grades >0.875”.  The Company believes that competitive pricing, the projected margins for Neucor panels will be significantly higher than those of our “commodity-producers” competition. Manufacturing technology and a culture of continuous improvement is in the DNA of Neucor beginning with its founders and continuing through our managers and workforce.
